POLICY OF CHANGES AND RETURNS.
In order to change or return any item of your order you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of the order and return the merchandise within 14 days after receipt in your email that we will send you with the assigned Return Authorization Code.
The refund will be made within a maximum period of 30 days from the receipt of the items in our warehouses and after verifying that the product has been returned in perfect condition. The refund will be made in the form of payment selected at the time of making your purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable.
All items must be returned in perfect condition without being used, and with original bags, boxes, labels and packaging. Please try the shoe on a carpeted surface to avoid any marks on the sole. If the item returned presents any defect the acceptance of the return or change may be denied.
All items are subject to a quality control to detect damages or defects before making the shipments. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately by email at email@example.com.
The exchange of items, without reimbursement of shipping costs, can only be made for a different size, or for the same size in case of defective item, and will be subject to availability in our warehouses. If you wish to make a change for a different model, please return the purchased items and place a new order.
In order to be able to complete the processes effectively we ask that you make all the changes and / or returns of an order in a single shipment.
The costs resulting from the return of an item due a change of size or refund will be assumed by the client. The client must send the package registered through a safe courier, since Pepe Castell takes no responsability on the possible loss of the package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. It will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain amount of days.

In case of return, you must notify us to send the carrier to pick up your package. The package must be properly packaged. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
